Effectively a spiral descent with lots of energy available but why do the PLI's appear on during the recovery and we then have to respect not to pitch up too quickly.

Are they based on conditions directly above the airfield or within the airfield boundary or further.

had an arrival RtA for the FAF the other night. Selected and behaved for the most. Then once in the TMA it gave differing command speeds on each PFD and vastly different VNAV altitude deviation...
