Lights off will give a better adjustment to exterior light, but it is said it will have a bad effect on pax morale on takeoff...

Boeing recommends use of LNAV as roll mode for VOR approach.
Would this require a P-RNAV authorization for the operator, as LNAV usage must satisfy a certain RNP?

In case of differences the FCOM has precedence over the FCTM.
We operate under EU-OPS and the FCTM states:
" 737-300 : Flaps 15,30 (for noise abatement ) and 40 are the normal landing positions....
