These are all great ideas but we are gonna go the same way the miners went. The airlines won’t care about needing to up the training load, they just want maximum savings now and future management...

i would be very surprised if the current pay structure and pay points exist after this restructure. Simplified 2 stage for cruise pilots/Fo/Capt would save a fortune whatever your seniority so back...

Good opportunity for BA to get cruise pilots into the business for LH too? Saves a wedge on further reduced FO salaries and training costs? I think the legislation is in place but not yet activated?
