update - I have removed the (0) from the all of the phone numbers listed so that the iPhone app dials them correctly (and added the mentioned locations).... Be sure to refresh the list within the app...

Hi Joel, the map is public so you can already access and do as you wish with the data, I'm happy to concentrate combined efforts on one map but only if it is public so it can be accessed directly...
