One B200 I flew 2 or 3 times had an autopilot...

One B200 I flew 2 or 3 times had an autopilot that trimmed all 3 axis. IIRC that was a King AP....

Thats true, but you knew that you were out of trim. Now this guy did a rolling takeoff, which can be a handful if one engine bites and the other doesn´t - and might have greatly "helped" to cover up...

Is that scenario on a training program these days...

Is that scenario on a training program these days ? One got beaten to death with engine failures but Rudder trim off to one side ? I have about 4000hrs+ in B200s (most of that in Raisbecked airplanes...
