What about a gigantic parachute system when all your feed back devices fail to save the day? :ugh:

All the feed back in the world didn't seem to save several other accidents with similar...

Bubbers has it right, probably been covered before, but didn't I read that other aircraft on this route deviated, and this cruise team flew directly into the Wx because they didn't have the radar set...
