Yes correct, have lots of experience with both systems, Piper and Swearingin, the system seemed to do it's job fine as long as techs were able to calibrate it properly, no problems with SAS or SAS...

Not quite, it's a system given to aircraft with not so good stall characteristics basically, has a stick shaker and also applies forward stick force, kind of an angle of attack...
