If two CPs have left at the same time then it is a reflection on the company that there may be a management issue. Is that is the point that you are trying to make?

Yes: one fixed wing and one rotary wing CP.

Nothing unusual in that, I had to have two CP positions as I was operating FW and RW on my AOC. Luckily I was approved for both positions ;)
