No. The union have reached an agreement with EZY and the presentation was to recommend the deal to the members. It isn't the union that has put it into the press.

Airlines don't normally give up routes that make good profits, especially routes like AMS and GVA which could easily be served inbound from these bases. There's something amiss somewhere.
