Does anyone remember what was included when upgrading Bell 206 L1 C-28 to C-30 engine?
I know it needed rotorhead certified for higher AUW .
Is the mast the same?
Can you use same gearbox?

Pitching over the optimum angle or best Lift/Drag Angle only gives you more induced drag(porportionally) Also Lift is velocity square so increasig the rpm at optimum blade angle should give you more...

I heard some years ago about 206 that lost one of the two blades in flight and then of course the remaining blade ribbed the main gearbox and the turbine out of the fuselage.
I think it was in N.Y....
