Not so sure about pay cuts but more unpaid leave/ standown will probally be likely and makes sense. Cash in the bank is key to survival for any business at the moment.

I wouldn't say screwed, but expect further pay cuts (Temporary hopefully) until a return to profitability.
I'm sure a process was agreed by BALPA if the financial situation was to deteriorate...

I would not at all be surprised to see Pilots being redeployed as Cabin crew .The retention and retraining costs may justify this...
