This "Speed Off" thing is NOT RECOMMENDED by mr....

This "Speed Off" thing is NOT RECOMMENDED by mr. Boeing and I don't do this, nor is it allowed in our SOP's.
AP off = AT off simple as that.
and that said, I also prefer FD-off when flying manual.
