I have a feeling that Italy, Spain and the AA+...

I have a feeling that Italy, Spain and the AA+ rating on the US will take care of that...at least in the short term.

Long term....? Not so sure. BA need 800 pilots by 2016, Gulf airlines need...

Not enough experienced pilots around anymore for T&Cs on offer? T&Cs really that bad? Completely unrealistic recruitment policies?

So your question is if one should invest in a 737 or 757 rating? At the same time you say you have 700 hrs on the 757? You also, rightly, state that ANA does not care on which type you have ME jet...

Ah, thanks for that info! I was lead to believe that PARC "always" paid more then other contract agencies, but looks like the Hawai contracts are quite a bit better on pay....are there other "things"...
