It is many years since I worked there, but FOs you start roughly on 364.000 DKK a year. I got no clue about Oslo, but will be similiar just in NOK.

not really, pay scale for year 1 DEC is 7900€ for the countries they recruit for more or less. Should be good opportunities cant see many accepting those terms

better ask to see the salary first to manage expectations… Very bad T&C’s… Suppose they cant afford better currently
