The world is unstable , lots of people don’t want to be leaving secure jobs to be at the threat of redundancy.
Also I believe people understand that BA isn’t the dream job that it once was .

it’s probably also to do with job security, with the ever increasing instability in the world and the way that BA behaved during Covid I would probably be moving onto 350 also.

some difficult characters on the 350 fleet for sure , some of them from 380.
Cabin crew can be very hit and miss , tbh it’s best when downroute to choose who you have a few drinks with very wisely.
