I think those readings were brief instantaneous G forces. I wasn’t looking at the meter during my aeros, but my seat-of-the-pants G meter registered 5-6. 😄

I see the limits are +9 and -6 - well...

The spins are relaxed by comparison although the rotation rate is quite fast compared to the gliders I usually spin....
