I have thought about this option also, as my name is so common. I could easily say it’s someone with the same birth date. And provide a new address. But I’d prefer to be an honest person..

if it’s a spent conviction you don’t need to...

if it’s a spent conviction you don’t need to declare it. If it’s aviation relevant eg. An act of terrorism or aviation related, then it may be an issue.
I’m wondering the same thing as an AusCheck...
