well, there are two options in general.. -)...

well, there are two options in general..
-) either to have 100 hours as PIC on MEP and to go thru the CB-IR ME directly, or
-) go thru CB-IR SE, than take 6 hours of MEP training + 5 hours of IR-ME...

Yes, it is possible. Part FCL allows it.
However you have to meet the conditions to get your MEP(land) (100hrs PIC on MEP)
