My point is, the crash worthiness of the design isn't favorable to passenger welfare. I mean, basically you're sitting on a 2 inch foam padded tin bucket in a Robinson, mostly reliant on fixed steel...

I'd be more concerned about Robinson helicopters...

I'd be more concerned about Robinson helicopters carrying fare paying passengers. Period. Restrict them to Private Category, flight training, and air work.
