No it isn't. Immediate actions are those mandated by the RFM in response to an abnormal situation. Whether ECL memory items or not. There can be no doubt about that.

Gauge + caution light = immediate action. No need for any further navel or gauge gazing. 50 seconds is long enough for an engine without oil to blow up, hence why you need to immediately slow down...
