I totally agree with you but what I dont understand why they should waste their time to create a job advert and our to fill up an extensive application form when they only rely on internal...

No news. The portal still shows "received submission" but someone reported some pilots have received the call already... This seems very similar to what happened with Vistajet....they simply forget...
