I don't see that the FARS have anything to do...

I don't see that the FARS have anything to do with this.

The decision is a pilot decision.

the go-no-go recommendations are based on statistics (100kts and greater) and not about V1, a pilots...

It confuses me when the what if arguments call for the reader to accept as fact some historical failure scenario, be it the Concorde, British Airtours, Pac West, etc. etc. and then incorrectly...
