Not a 737 but now called a "Boeing": my trim runs at 0.3°/per second. Video it with your phone... on the ground. ;) I also get a "Stabiliser Motion" call from "Patricia" if the trim runs continuously...

I doubt B is plausible. The autopilot will only trim if the elevator is holding a force. It won't matter how fast the aeroplane is going, the AP will keep itself in trim. I doubt the 737 could...
