Actually at the moment there is Italian contract, under Italian labor laws, the only thing that is mixed (Italian-Irish) it’s taxation. Taxation is going to be full Italian by the beginning of 2019

Maybe they were in emergency tax, it happened to me too, but I got all money back after a month. By the way they are transferring to full Italian taxation by 2019
