True, I'm just confused because it says "Eligible to live and work permanently in the EU/Ireland", that's not clear whether it's either or both. I would have presumed both. I know non-UK residents...

Thoughts on when calls will start? My guess is that since assessments are taking up to 3/4 days to go out and the deadline was yesterday, we will probably see the last assessments going out early...
