I'm hearing an increase in hour requirements including multi crew. Pilots that attended the Qlink roadshow were asked why they weren't applying to Qlink and they answered because mainline was hiring....

There is no consistent criteria. It's anyone's guess what they are looking for. Entitlement doesn't exist here. You don't need a contract for everything....

I'm one of those that got invited to the panel...

I'm one of those that got invited to the panel but no further. I'm an internal app,long serving and the guys getting start dates are new f.o's who just got checked to line and 'bonded'. Go figure....
