I have noticed PA28s, 150-172s etc often feel trimmed slightly nose forward for T/O (depends a bit on loading etc). I always assumed this to prevent nose pitch up on T/O.

FWIW there is another behaviour in nose-wheel pilots I see sometimes. As the aircraft accelerates the pilot relaxes forward on the column and aircraft starts to get light on the mains as the nose...
