It's really hard to know what will happen. What is clear is the traffic levels that recruitment was carried out for in 2019 clearly are not going to be back for the foreseeable future....

Remember that ANS only have contracts...

Remember that ANS only have contracts (currently....) at 2 airports though, each of those with around 20 ATCOs so can't imagine there is a huge demand for new ab-initio ATCOs!
