Not that I know of. I did MCC/JOC at Simtech (Dublin) where they used to do their assessments and I was still turned down at the interview along with 6 other guys (we were 8 that day, only 1 passed)....

The same happened to me. I got another call 25 minutes later saying that CAE had discussed my application with Ryanair and they wanted to proceed with it. She then offered me a date over the phone....
