Experience at departures terminal 3 not as good at midday this month as last trip was. 5 minute queue at drop off due to road works preparation for the £3 drop off scam. Not all security channels...

Terminal 3 customer service improving.

Just come into departures lounge at T3. 2pm drop off. 1 minute queue only at drop off despite area being down to one lane as road resurfacing work going on outside terminal.
No queue at Ryanair bag...

We all know that Manchester Airport planning that customers must pay to be dropped off and picked up at airports is just another way to extract cash and has nothing to do with congestion.
