You need to swim 50m unaided, generally thats 2 laps in a community pool. You also need to tread water for 3 minutes (without stopping). You'll also be doing swimming exercises at ground school too,...

I attended the Bris assessment day on the 31st. Thought i had applied through MAM but it seems that it's directly through QFLINK :)
