He is in QR since 5 years, he was a FO on the 320 before then since 2 years a FO on 380 and now a captain on the 320. I know there is no DEC on the 380, but I thought he could have had a chance on...

I have a friend flying for Qatar, he was a FO on the A380 since the past 2 years, around 2 weeks ago they "promoted" him to a captain on the A320 and not the A380
