Not true, flights didn’t restart from EDI, ABZ, NWI or BFS. Albeit, the latter three are normally only summer bases but ABZ and NWI do have occasional flights in winter, not too many fewer than LTN...

Regardless of whether Wizz/RYR want to “push back a bit”, if there’s a lockdown or severe social distancing in place, people will not be flying with them. Simple as that. No passengers = no flights.

LTN was a 1x 757 this summer, with a 738 only coming in for a few weeks in the peak season then leaving again. Perhaps LTN won’t see this next year? I’m not sure as I haven’t checked TUI’s website....

The LTN reductions have been even more significant than your post mentions and you’ll see discussion of this somewhere in the TUI thread.

For the vast majority of S19, LTN is one based aircraft...
