EASA/CAA eyesight requirements. Myopia above limits?

Hi,

I have myopia currently at -4.50D. I see the CAA limits for myopia for a class 1 medical is -6.00D. What happens if my myopia gets beyond this limit? Am I simply never allowed to get a class...
