Yes it does, it also says a list of questions they would like to discuss and one is do you accept the place. So assuming this does mean I have been offered route one as whether people take the offer...

Good answer if they ask you how dedicated you are then! I'm prepping but just don't know when to stop or if I've done enough.

The selection questions were tough in that 250 limit per question!
