Is that still the case? I thought it was 2 hrs now with the new FTL's ie 2 hour stby call out?

I live 90 mins away from my base but only commute it in winter as there is so little flying that...

I have personally since May this year spoken to 4 pilot's that have joined on 70% and have heard of more.

I agree that 50% pay while training is rubbish and 70% contracts are less than ideal....

Not sure on the PPJN scales that 50kish is SFO not FO I think? SO is just for pilot apprentices so with your experience you could expect FO which is 40k something but maybe a current Jet 2 FO could...

It was 28K over 3 years for the last lot. Starts after FLC and does not reduce for first year. If it's only 14.5k now that's a big reduction.

They also told the 70%'ers that they would be offered...
