Just look at the contractor figures on both base and additional! Rumour is though that they are decreasing the salary by 800e/month for the new contracts.

I think that as long as you have any kind of union things will never get as bad as in Ryanair! I think the HEL base proved this recently.

Im not working for NAS but I would imagine that they still use contractors in HEL and it's not Scandinavia so I would hope that there is a chance to get there! But as we all know, you have no clue...
