It would seem to have been a very quick decision! although Manchester, might have been sitting on this application for some time.
The increase in traffic could be problematic for local residents...

05R Manchester.

I think you will find the distance from terminal -05R, is not as far as the 7km -4.3 miles
from Schiphol terminal.
