If people are hearing after attending yesterday then I think that gives a fairly damning indication that the ones who haven't heard aren't through.

No he shouldn't get another chance. Cheating or not, if you aren't mature enough to follow simple, basic instructions when going for a job based on extreme safety then you don't deserve...
