Exactly so; you would now be down to the standby generator which, as you know, is powered by the green hydraulic system which in turn means that all normal green hydraulic systems have now been lost...

You can only shut down the outers if the APU and its generator are working (since only Nos 1 and 4 engines on the BAe146 are fitted with generators).
