If they have cancelled your flight or holiday then yes you are legally entitled to a refund. If you know you are going to go away again and you don’t need the money now what I would say is rebook...

They were suppose to be getting 12-13 B737-800’s from Peagus. This was the last rumour anyway between flight deck and engineers that work there.

if they are planned on the max aircraft which come with SFP as standard now then they could make it no problem but that would depend on the max - only other way would be if they have some 800’s with...

the difference is Jet2 won’t announce summer expansion until they have confirmed everything such as routes, frequency, hotel contracts, aircraft leases and no doubt 2nd hand aircraft they are trying...
