Our MAX days off in a month is 15, therefore having 4 periods of 4 days off (4x4=16) wouldn't happen.

380 rosters are pretty good now. Keep in mind that EK will fly you 90+ hours a month if they can. So good rosters now can easily change to busy/crap rosters by the time you get through everything. ...
