That's probably about right. Certainly nothing that we say will bring about any change. I'm pretty sure that our "petty" gripes don't get any further than the Regional Managers.

Hmm...mainly shifts and manpower levels. Some have worked 6 weeks without a weekend off. Shifts are getting changed at short notice due to lack of Observers. One unit had to close due to sickness....

Well not in this NPAS region. Before, we had two more observers plus access to reliefs, and never had to go offline because of sickness.
