Just under half of the NHS workforce have nothing to do with healthcare. Support staff, IT, HR, clerical, cleaners, the list goes on. The fact she works for the NHS is a red herring.

You can’t use their test because the NHS is a health service not a travel service. Their tests are for sick people or people think they may be sick. Not wanting to go off on holiday!
