Going by what ashokbhatt said, I don't think a waiting period of 3 months would be a problem, that is if CX decides to conduct the Stage 2 interviews...

Cathay's AE program requires candidates with 250+ hours which is also a HKCAD/HKID requirement, if I'm not mistaken.
