True the LOC is 3.49 VDA to 55' TCH....but both...

True the LOC is 3.49 VDA to 55' TCH....but both the ILS & LPV are 3.10 degrees to a 63' TCH??

Identical slope & TCH and the LPV gets you ~1200' lower mins than ILS.
