why?

I'm wondering why it's so hard to even get an interview for Ryanair.
Will it perhaps help to start another MCC course with CAE?
It would certainly benefit my flying skills but will it also increase...

no answer

I applied many times trying to get an interview for RYR trough OAA and CAE.
I'm M 39 belgian (250TT CPL IR ME MCC) and never got an answer. Nor a yes or a no.
Is it a common practice to NOT answer...

I applied for an RYR assessment (OAA & CAE) two weeks ago. I'm 38 ab initio with CPL ME/IR and 250TT.
Do I make any chance??
Does anybody know the RYR entry requirements?
