SOPS- thanks a lot, i was LOL reading your post, in my country you can take 6 months leave after child birth either you or your wife, and get full pay ( thats why i pay 50 % income tax....:yuk:)

At EK you have 42 days leave, how many times can you take it? Is it possible to take it 6 times a year and get some free days on top to have 10 day...
