I would think if someone really needs to conjure up or justify a mere 250 hrs. PIC time, maybe they aren't quite ready for a 767...

That new commuting policy seems like a better deal for the USA guys.. (I'm sure there was a cost though....airlines don't usually improve the lives of the pilots...
