Was JA722A already holding at C5 when calling tower?

Wondering what the Charlie means in the inital call of JA722A to tower 17:45:11 "TOWER JA722A C"
Is he with information C? Or is he already holding at C(5), wrongly interpreting the taxi instruction...

Inlet cowl sliced

Juan analyzes the cowl damage in his video, showing slice damage consistent with the wing of the Dash8 at both A350 inlet cowlings. At impact the A350 was rolling after touch down.
